INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I offer a space to explore the complexity of who you are; for you to be supported, guided and challenged to find a way through difficulties; however profound, and to arrive at a more comfortable and immediate way of being in the world in relation to yourself and others.

COUPLES THERAPY

Being in a relationship can present many kinds of feelings, sensations and experiences which include; tenderness, appreciation, love, conflict, resentment, despair, fatigue, disconnection, emotional cut-off, depression, disillusionment, rejection and misunderstandings.

In couples therapy, you will find a space where you both can voice struggles; time where you can be held in mind, both together and separately; and an opportunity to be jointly understood and supported to creatively find ways of moving forward.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family work can involve helping the family to map new pathways through the life cycle and bring an appreciation of new ways of being together. It can help with family members and adolescents who present challenges with self-harm, eating problems, conflicts and arguments. It can help you face very difficult family changes brought by critical times; serious illness, bereavement, mental health related issues, breakdowns in relationships. Family therapy can support you to find space to communicate better with each other.

YOUNG PEOPLE AND PARENT CONSULTATIONS

Young people can be referred if they are struggling in their relationships with parents, peers; finding it difficult to make friends, struggling with their identity, harming themselves, struggling with eating, anxious about achievement or changes in the family structure.

I also offer consultations to
parents, helping them to become aware of the dilemmas and thinking about how to resolve emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Contact me today to set up your personal consultation or to ask any questions.
