ABOUT ME
I am a UK qualified and experienced Consultant Family and Systemic Psychotherapist and Psychologist. My professional education, training and practice experience has been mainly in London, UK. My professional practice in counselling, psychology and psychotherapy is expanded over 30 years. I have worked in multiple health settings in London, including GP surgeries, Adult mental health and children and adolescents mental health centres.
I have been working with clients affected by a wide range of difficulties, including substance misuse, depression, anxiety, family and couple relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence related issues, cross-cultural and intergenerational family problems.Young people, children and adolescents mental and emotional health issues and related problem.
My practice is in a comfortable place where you will have a chance to embark on a journey of self-exploration and awareness, with the possibility to be gently supported and challenged to grow.
Therapy is a voluntary healing process which means that the client chooses to engage in therapy. In this process I facilitate self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is a healing process that requires mutual participation and investment from the client and therapist alike.
